About
Nicole Richardson is an Early Childhood Educator passionate about nature-based, child-led learning. She completed her schooling in 2015 and has worked in daycares, preschools, and as a nanny across Alberta, British Columbia, and New Zealand. Nicole follows a holistic, child-led approach that nurtures curiosity, exploration, and a meaningful connection with the natural world. As a Level II Early Childhood Educator, she is grateful to bring her experience into her own dayhome, where she continues to grow and create engaging, thoughtful learning opportunities for children. In her free time, Nicole enjoys cooking, travelling, and adventuring outdoors with her family.
