Kristen has a degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, which has given her a strong understanding of child development and behaviour. She has always had a passion for working with children and, from a young age, enjoyed caring for her younger cousins. Being around children and supporting their learning and growth has always come naturally to her. Kristen strives to create a safe, caring, and fun environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
