Norma Marcelo obtained her Level 3 Certificate in 2019 and has been working in the child care industry since then. She discovered a true passion for working with children and finds great joy in supporting their growth and development. In 2023, Norma opened her own day home, driven by a desire to provide personalized care and foster family-like relationships. For her, it is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to watch children learn, grow, and reach new milestones each day.
