Manwinder is a passionate and experienced early childhood educator with over 16 years of dedication to the childcare and early learning sector. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Learning and has continually expanded her knowledge through various professional development courses. With a deep love for children and a strong commitment to quality care, Manwinder creates nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments where children can grow and thrive. Originally from India, she holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Education and worked as a teacher before moving into the childcare sector. As a devoted mother to a beautiful daughter, she brings warmth, empathy, and real-life experience to her role. Manwinder is deeply committed to supporting not only children but also their families, working collaboratively to build strong, trusting relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, outdoor adventures, cooking, and volunteering in her community.
