Joy came to Canada when she was 19 years old. She has a background in Nursing in the Philippines. When the opportunity knocked on her door (given her bravery, determination, and blessing from God), Joy started a new journey as a Nanny in Canada. Fast forward, Joy had the chance to obtain her Practical Nursing program, which led her to work with seniors in-home care and continuing care facilities. Joy's passion for child care continued three years ago when she opened her dayhome. She enrolled in the Early Learning Diploma Program during that time. Joy is thankful that her children embraced the experience of having playmates, which cultivated more of their social-emotional skills. Joy loves cooking, singing, Zumba, and spending more time with her family.
