Ompati has worked with children for more than twenty years. Her experience in childcare led her to become a dayhome provider after she came to Canada. Ompati believes that as a dayhome provider, service is her prime duty. Her family slogan is: 'simple living and high thinking, and nonviolence is the highest form of duty.'
