Nadezhda is currently working with children between the ages of 3 and 12. Throughout her life, she has devoted a great deal of time to caring for children and truly enjoys every moment of it. With over twelve years of experience in childcare, Nadezhda began her journey as a private nanny. For the past three years, she has been the owner of a private day home and is proud to be a part of the SPICE’d agency family.

She loves every aspect of teaching, especially the idea that children can teach adults just as much as adults teach them. Nadezhda’s goal is to inspire children to learn about the world around them through exploration, trial and error, and the joy of discovery.
